The complete results of the 3rd Supermatch held in Gardone Riviera last saturday: CLICK HERE In the -70kg class, Aleksander Vladaj wins convincingly. Arevalo Jose Antonio from spain takes second. Legendary armwrestler from Sweden, Andreas Rundström, absolutely dominates -85kg class. Roman Bogdan is second. No problems for Nimis Giovanni, undefeated in the -95kg class. Guatta Christian placed second. Cappa Davide, on top of +95kg class, scores upsetting victory over the favorite hungarian champion Gyorgy Szasz (2nd). The winners of these four weight classes pulled each other in a single elimination final: Andreas Rundström defeated Cappa Davide in a David-vs-Goliath match. Nimis Giovanni easily pins Vladaj Aleksander. In the tournament final Italian top-guy Giovanni Nimis top-rolls swede legend Andreas Rundström without much effort.  The italian team in Belgium A few italian pullers competed at the Rochefort International Championship last saturday: Lamparelli Frank, Cappa Davide, Sircana Daniele, Gotti Fabio, Brevi Annarella and Schivalocchi Nicola. World-class puller, Frank Lamparelli won the 100kg class! One more good result after his victory at 2007 Armwars in England only a couple of months ago. Our top female puller won the first place! Congratulations to Brevi Annarella!! Nicola Schivalocchi (the undisputed lightweight champion in Italy) took 2nd place losing to Kasan Peter in the -80kg. "the quick" also avenged his loss to Anders Karlsson (3rd). Davide Cappa placed 3rd in the +100kg class after Kristofer Ladu and Bieli Silvan. Back in the game after a 2-years-stop due to an injury; he reported a victory over Johan Lindholm. |
